This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of internal business tools ("the Application") operated by Brighton & Hove Drum Academy ("BHDA"), a sole trader business based in Brighton & Hove, United Kingdom.
The Application is an internal tool used solely by BHDA for business administration, including accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting. It is not offered to the public and has no external end users.
BHDA grants itself a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application for internal business purposes. No third-party access is provided or permitted.
The Application connects to third-party services (including Intuit QuickBooks Online) using authorised API access. All data accessed through the Application is used solely for BHDA's internal business operations and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use. BHDA accepts no liability for any losses arising from the use of this tool.
